We are an independent business that charges a fee for professional setup assistance over the phone. All brand names are property of their respective owners.
StreamSetupPro provides professional phone-based setup assistance for streaming devices and Smart TVs. We guide customers through device setup, WiFi connection, account creation and streaming app installation. We do not remotely access your devices — we guide you through every step.
We charge a service fee for our professional setup assistance. This fee is clearly communicated before any charge is made. By proceeding after fee disclosure you agree to pay. All fees are in US Dollars.

To the maximum extent permitted by law StreamSetupPro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service session.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
